Hello I'm sorry to ask as I hate asking for help but after my ACDF (Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion) c4-c6 surgery today. I realized I will need more physical help from my partner and it would be a huge stress relief for me if they didn't have to also worry about meals all the time.
