Description
WHAT YOU' LL LEARN Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. The intention is to relax as far as possible into the postures, using as little physical effort as possible. The mind focuses on the breath in order to cultivate mindfulness and release tension from the body. Restorative yoga is considered an ideal balance to hectic and stressful modern lifestyles. To finish class we will have a tea tasting with three different blends from Rose Glow Tea Room. Fallon will explain the benefits of tea, as well as discuss different tea processes, great pairing ideas, and how to incorporate tea wellness into your daily routine. WHAT TO EXPECT This practice is all part of the powerful process where you create space and let go. Wearing an eye mask, wrapping yourself in a blanket, or keeping your feet up on the wall can help ground and calm you. Bring your own yoga mat/ blanket. Remember to please take your time and enjoy the experience. Afterward, we will sip a variety of teas provided by Rose Glow Tea Room. This class is suitable for everyone. All Levels. Non-Heated.
