Social Butterflies Foundation and its sponsor Aurinia invites patients, caregivers, and the medical community to join us for a day devoted to those affected by lupus and fibromyalgia. The Lupus & Fibromyalgia Summit and Health Fair provides a variety of discussions led by physicians and other experts dedicated to helping the survivors and the families battling these debilitating illnesses. There will be an abundance of resources from different community organizations available in the health fair to include but not limited to various health screenings. Your free registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, and a swag bag.
