About the job. This is a specialty gardening service we've been providing for 15 years. Your average day: receive the work orders for the day on the company provided iPhone app. Contact your customer and let them know you'll be there to fix the landscape problem they reported. Use the tools and skills that we train you on plus your own natural ability to solve the problem and deliver a simple report to the customer. Look up the next work order, contact the next customer, and drive to them to work your magic yet again. The problems we resolve: We are the very best at trapping gophers and moles plus ground squirrels. You will be trained to do a job very few people can do well. Our customers have been relying on us for years to keep their beautiful prestigious landscapes intact and free of problems caused by rodents that eat the plants and destroy the soil and irrigation. We provide our people with 30 days of hands-on training, a vehicle that they can take home, cell phone, medical insurance dental insurance & vision insurance. 401k savings with company matching. We pay for the uniform including pants and boots. And we treat each other with respect. The skills that our technicians need to be successful: Basic English, a happy willingness to communicate with customers, availability for 40 to 50 hours a week of work, and a love for working in the landscaping.
