Frequent Handy Man Needed

We are a small business that has a lot going on. We are looking for a main go-to person to help us maintain our 4 restaurants, a grocery store, and construction site. This would be a 1099 situation. Some weeks we may be very busy where we need someone 20-30hrs to help, other weeks may be slower where we only need 5-10 hours. The scope of work would be the list below plus other like-skilled jobs. Plumbing; unclogging pipes, knowing how to use snake (we have), fixing small leaks, repairing faucets, checking water heaters Electrical; changing light bulbs, changing outlet covers, nothing too technical just basic knowledge Other; repairing chairs, tables, barstools, power washing patios, painting, re-grout/ resealing, patching holes, helping in moving equipment Having a truck is a plus so you can help move things from location to location (mileage would be compensated for times like that) Pay depends on experience.
