We are a commercial property management company and we are looking to hire a full-time employee as a handyman. Are you ready to work at 1 primary location plus 10-20 other properties around the peninsula? Would you like a regular paycheck of an hourly wage plus overtime and mileage? You supply your skills, tools, and reliable transportation - we supply regular work (mostly indoors) at our properties Monday through Friday. Our starting pay is $30 per hour + mileage + overtime + cellphone allowance and health care bonus. You can rely on 40 hours per week Monday-Friday, vacation days, paid holidays.
