Description
The Club Cortile Master Association to hire a part-time Handyman to deal with general maintenance items including:
– Stucco Repair and painting
– Minor electrical repair
– Gutter cleaning and repair – Ground level
– Power washing
– Vent clean-out
– Basic plumbing
– Other General maintenance items.
General Position Specifications:
– Weekly hours will be variable and will average between 10-20 hours/week.
– Pay rate will be $19/hour
– Work assignments would be made via a work order system that would be managed by the Club Cortile On-Site manager (OSM). Work requests would be submitted to the OSM and approved/prioritized by the Club Cortile Master Association. The OSM will coordinate, assign and review work. The Handyman will not accept requests directly from unit owners or tenants.
– Work hours will be Monday – Friday and will be coordinated with the OSM. Since this will be a part-time position, the handyman will be given reasonable flexibility regarding work hours.
Position Qualifications:
– Applicant should have a minimum of 5 years of experience maintaining and repairing basic electrical and mechanical systems.
– Applicant should have experience in stucco repair and painting.
– Applicant will be expected to provide their own tools. Ladders, painting supplies and materials will be provided by Club Cortile.
– References will be required as well as a background check.
