The ETB Gathering Join us for a night of networking, celebration, and dance! Expanding the Bench® (ETB) will gather during the American Evaluation Association’s Conference! On the evening of Wednesday, November 9 at 6:00 pm CT at the Hyatt Regency of New Orleans, the ETB Team will convene LEEAD Scholars/Mentors, ACE Evaluation Network Members, and Funders of Evaluation for a night of celebrating, socializing, and dancing! About This Event Expanding the Bench® (ETB) works to ensure evaluators have reclaimed the power necessary to influence social and racial justice in collaboration with funders and community members. ETB lifts up the strengths and careers of racially and ethnically diverse evaluators who have been historically and/or are presently underrepresented or marginalized in the U.S. ETB is eager to convene Evaluators, Funders of Evaluation, LEEAD Scholars, and Evaluation Partners with the intention of developing and deepening relationships with each other. This year’s ETB Gathering will take place during the American Evaluation Association’s Conference, on Wednesday, November 9 at 6:00 pm CT at the Hyatt Regency, New Orleans. This convening will bring together invited guests from the Leaders in Equitable Evaluation and Diversity (LEEAD) Program and Advancing Culturally-responsive and Advancing Culturally-responsive and Equitable (ACE) Evaluation Network. This will be an opportunity to re-establish connections across the evaluation ecosystem with some networking activities, music, and dance! Local New Orleans cuisine and bar options to registered guests. We will celebrate the Cohort 4 Scholars and their successful completion of the LEEAD program during the event. We will also acknowledge the newest members of the ACE Evaluation Network! These new members will be joining a group of highly accomplished and experienced Evaluators from across the country. We invite you to join us for this evening of celebration! Please note that registration for this event is invite only and will be on a first come, first serve basis. We currently have availability to accommodate 150 guests. If this limit is exceeded, you will be notified and added to a waitlist. Registration for the ETB Gathering is free for LEEAD Scholars, Alumni, Practicum Sites, and Mentors, as well as ACE Evaluation Network Members and affiliates, and direct Funders and Subscribers of ETB. For all other guests, ticket price is determined based on a sliding scale ranging from $500-$1000. Please see more information here.
