In Celebration of the Connectivity that we share, learn and grow from IMPACT comprised of Citizen SHE, 4910 Rosalie Productions and Detangled has rented out the 4pm showing of THE WOMAN KING at the Broad Theatre to watch the film wth our friend and Queen Mother from Ghana Nana Amenfiwah. Her first trip to the US has landed her in New Orleans and we would love for you to join us at the viewing and after for a talk back on her impression of the film and connection to her homeland and ours. It is going to be a very special time!! Enstooled as the Paramount Queen Mother in July 2021, Nana Amenfiwah III assumed her position and responsibilities upon the death of her mother Paramount Queen Mother Nana Amenfiwah II. As the successor, she has diligently worked to develop programs and services, expand educational and training opportunities for the thirty-five villages under her care in the Central Region of Ghana, and to develop stronger ties between Ghanaians living abroad and those who remain in homelands.
