Description

The best workshops are impactful learning experiences. The best facilitators, whether they realize it or not, use learning experience design principles to create lasting transformation. In this interactive 2 hour mini-workshop, you’ll try out the foundational learning science and learning experience design principles that you can apply in your meetings to maximize participant potential. You’ll leave the workshop with a new way of looking at facilitating workshops and the confidence to approach it with renewed energy and optimism. It’s not just about a bigger toolbox, but developing internal resources that you can draw on to be a workshop designer. Presented by Voltage Control and Lead by: Chris Federer - Voltage Control After years leading groups of students, teachers, and athletes around the Americas, Chris discovered Design Thinking and traded in his bug spray for sticky notes. He now designs and leads transformative learning experiences with Voltage Control. https://www.linkedin.com/in/christopherfederer/ Carra Teng - University of Utah Cerra Teng is a Design Strategist based in Salt Lake City who helps people start their businesses with branding, storytelling and marketing strategies.
