Are you interested in volunteering and receiving community service hours?Join us on October 22nd to get outside and help keep South Oak Cliff Renaissance Park beautiful! We are looking for volunteers to participate in a creek clean-up, community wildflower seeding, and help plant trees around the Highland Hills neighborhood. Please note that if you are interested in planting trees around the Highland Hills neighborhood you will need a mode of transportation to get to the planting sites. We will provide refreshments, snacks, work gloves, shovels, and any other necessary tools. Please bring water-resistant shoes and work clothes! Community Park Day Schedule: Tree planting with Greenspace Dallas: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Creek clean-up with Greenspace Dallas: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM Community seeding with Studio Outside: 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM Sign up for the opportunity to receive community service hours or simply to give back to your community! If you are interested in particpating in the tree planting please choose the "Tree Planting" ticket option and if you want to participate in the creek clean up and community seeding please choose the "Creek Clean-Up + Community Seeding" ticket option when you RSVP.
