This class is for people that need a boost of energy for the middle of their week Or maybe you want to meet some new people in the city after having a busy work day.
Do Better Fitness will be hosting a 40 min. Bootcamp in Pac Heights - pack full of fun exercises and amazing music to pump you up!
The workout will be circuit based with a mix of Strength Training, Cardio, Balance, and more! Get to know the people in your city or make new friends while you are visiting with exercises that you may or may not have done before.
This class is for:
- All Fitness levels - modifications will be available
All you'll need is:
- Your favorite workout attire & shoes
- Water Bottle
