Join us for a fascinating and informative group discussion with Death Cafe host Heather Black. The objective of Death Cafe is to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives. Heather, a former Hospice nurse, leads discussion groups through Death Cafe in Austin. Dismantling the stigma and discomfort surrounding death and dying, Heather builds community and imparts knowledge, guidance and enlightenment. Attendees for this event will receive a Medical Power of Attorney document and an Advanced Directive to Physicians to take with them.
