Event Rules Set Up Time is 9-11am on Sunday November 6th - All vendors must be set up no later then 11am Vendor Mingle time is 11am-12pm Doors open to the public at 12pmIf your booth is serving food or beverage samples you will be required to bring any disposable serve wear If your planning on serving either food or beverage samples ( beer/ wine ) you will be eligible for a discounted ticketed price with the agreement you will provide a minimum of 250 samples One 8 ft table and chairs will be provided Plan to have at least one staff member at your booth at all times - 10:30am-4:30pmClean up/ Tear down of booths is from 4-6 pm Please reach out with any questions!
