Description
Personal and professional boundaries don't have to be tied to emotional baggage. With a simple framework and some facts of (your) life, setting and maintaining boundaries can become part of your daily practice. When you leave this exercise, I want you to take with you a framework for setting, adjusting, and sticking to boundaries. This is beyond learning to say no. This bypasses willpower. This is a tool to transform boundaries from something laced with emotion into a logistical feature of your life. I want you to know how much you have to give, how much you want to keep for yourself (and for the spontaneity of life), and how much you’re willing to invest each time an opportunity comes your way. At the end of this course, you will — define and calcuate your three budgets: Time, Resources, Attentionidentify your 'non-negotiables' and their load on your lifeget clear on how much of yourself you have "left" after existing commitmentsset realistic boundaries that leave more of you for what you loveWhat past students have to say about Amelia Bartlett’s business workshops: After taking ‘Vision Casting for Business Growth’ — “This workshop exceeded all of my expectations!
