You're invited to the gorgeous fire circle on the growing magical land of Campo de Medicina in Charlotte, NC! Arrive as you are ~ Together we will:: Enjoy herbal tea and a potluck Gather outside about the fire Experience guided meditation Share intentionally in circle Close with a burn ceremony Leave feeling more connected, empowered, and supported. Suggested exchange: $10-$20 Hosted the 2nd Wednesday of the month. *Bring an item for potluck & any clothes that no longer bring you joy for the Sisterhood Clothing Swap! *Dress comfortably and warmly, held rain or shine. ________ Hear from Shauntel Gaines, our gorgeous facilitator for October : My life’s work is helping others find balance on and off the mat through the lenses of self awareness and personal power. I believe that within each of us there are gifts unique to the individual and each person's full expression of our unchanging truths. The embodiment of these unchanging truths is paramount in making this world a better place. I also believe we are capable of merging our dreams with our reality. As it is on my mat that I am able to create the space to choose my path. It is within my meditations that I am learning to embrace the unique melodies I was given. In my breath work; that I integrate this profound wisdom into my entire existence and give myself permission to surrender to the unfurling. In my connection with the Mother Earth (Gaia) that I know I am alive. For me, my practice is my sacred space and I cherish the opportunity to meet myself on my mat. As a Teacher I aspire to inspire you to entertain the concept that it is possible to bridge our dreams with reality one breath, one movement at a time in a way that reflects your inner callings. We will explore the fine lines and the spaces in-between as we observe ourselves and our responses the to greater whole around us. _________ Also! Where we immerse ourselves in the essence of the Great Mother Gaia and explore how we are directly connected to her; how our energy flows; and how we can implement this awareness into our everyday interaction with ourselves and others. In this space, we will connect to the ancient way of being in direct connection with the divine mother through Fire and Cacao Ceremonies, Movement (Dance, Yoga, Nature Walks), Breathe Work, Meditation, Discussions, Camping (which is totally optional), and Silent Introspection.
