You’re invited to a fabulous evening of fun to raise funds for Phase 2 of the Playgarden at Almaden Lake Park, an all-inclusive playground serving people of all-ages and all-abilities. The theme for the evening is a Roaring 20’s Casino Night with hosted wine hour, auction, dinner, and casino games: blackjack, roulette, craps, and poker. Through generous donations from businesses, local service clubs, and the community, Phase 1 of the project is under way and construction will take place in 2023. This phase is contained inside the original playground footprint and contains many amenities that will greatly improve the condition of the current playground and bring many new all-inclusive features. Phase 2 includes all the amenities surrounding the original playground footprint and will transform weed-filled, unused space into an exciting and memorable experience zone, with a hillside slide, nature play area, and zip lines.
