Each dish incorporates one or more craft beer by TailGate Brewery and is accompanied with a beer pairing, such as the Peanut Butter Hazelnut Chocolate Tart made with TailGate's Peanut Butter Milk Stout Guests will enjoy the collaborative menu, presentation of menu and beer pairing, and a different beer with each course.
