You've asked and guess what, Soultry+Sound Healing is here to stay!! My name is Lindsey, founder of Soultry Yoga, LLC. I am a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher.. I am looking to be of service during these tough times. Join me for a morning flow at Sunset Cliffs. I will be teaching every Monday at 10:00 AM. *This is a recurring event* Each week, there will be a different flow, intention & theme. The flow will be suitable for beginners! John, 200 RYT and Sound Healer Practitioner, will also be offering a 30 minute Sound Healing with singing bowls after our yoga practice. Where: Sunset Cliffs; 1352 Sunset Cliffs Blvd San Diego, 92107 & Adair * 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 pink yoga mat 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐫𝐲 Yoga ~ ample street parking ~ When: 10:00 AM-11:30AM PST * If you do not want to participate in Sound Healing after practice, feel free to leave after Savasana at 11:00 AM * What to Bring: Yoga mat, water, towel/security blanket or light jacket, any props you may have and your friends!!
