Personal Assistant/care taker for home

I am looking for a personal assistant. Once or twice a week. I don’t want a house cleaner that simply comes and tries to leave as fast as she can. I have a very small studio apartment. Duties include - vacuum - dusting - bathroom -sweep and mop -wash dishes The cleaning would take 1 hour I presume. The catch is… I am too busy to buy the following Flowers, fruit, toilet paper, coffee, I want to have a nice relationship where if I say… can you wash my makeup brushes Can you buy coffee I am running low (All expenses are reimbursed… zelled, Apple Pay etc) It’s light work I don’t have time for. I am looking for a female since I am a 22 year old female. The neighbor is very nice, I am very nice. I think duties are what a care giver would have. Just not the wiping old persons butt. Pay- negotiable
