Join us for a grounding Restorative Yin Yoga practice encouraging balance and gently stimulating the physical and energetic body.
In this class you will be guided into seated and reclined postures in relation to the yogic chakra system. These poses will be held for approximate 3-8 minutes allowing access into the deeper layers of connective tissues and joints, optimizing mobility throughout the body on a physical as well as energetic level.
This slower pace class takes on a more meditative quality and a sense of turning inward. The practice will conclude with a guided meditation.
A great class for all levels.
No prior chakra knowledge necessary. Come relax, be curious and at peace.
