This ancient practice brings healing & can lead to greater states of consciousness. When we use our breath in this intentional way, we access our subconscious mind- this is where all our thoughts, beliefs and emotions are stored. Many times, we repress our memories and emotions as an attempt to keep us safe, or to protect us from feeling pain. It’s by NOT processing our emotions, that illness’ can show up in our body and cause us dis-ease. Breathwork is our master teacher and drops us from our heads to our hearts by connecting us with our bodies and emotions in a healthy, safe way. It bypasses the left part of the brain (thinking mind) and helps us connect to our right brain (intuition, feminine, creative mind). It also gives us the ability to see things from a higher truth and perspective. In a nutshell, breathwork helps you connect back to the infinite love that is always available to you, sometimes we need that reminder! Come nourish yourself in a two-hour immersive ceremonial experience at the Center for the Higher Self. While in your breathwork journey, we will be awakening all of the senses through sound, instruments, and touch. You will receive reiki, which could help you feel supported and nurtured as you connect to your breath. We will conclude the journey with a flower blessing while bathing in the healing sound of chimes, sound bowls and bells. You will be taken to the angelic realms through loving and tender touch, receive energetic clearings and leave feelings held, nurtured, and loved. This journey will realign your energetic imbalances and tune your body to the vibration of love, as the sacred vessel it is. This ceremony will bring us into a direct connection with source, through sound, prayers, blessings and our breath. WHAT TO BRING: A yoga mat, water bottle and some type of blindfold if you have one ( a bandana or sleep mask could work).
