Senior lady needs man to come & advise on two projects & how to find labor:
1) wobbly banisters on back deck, some rotted boards on floor....
advise how to stabilize & make safer for least amount of money & labor
97 x 142 x 57 bannisters / 40 x 2 handrails on stairs
2) 3 benches built on posts, slats pulled due to wasps nests, frames left, solid/well built, not rotted...
advise if they need dismantled or ?????? 6 x 4 x 4 frames
Don't know who to call...or where to start...too many choices of trade companies & construction places....
not good on pictures on smart phone so can't show you
