Listen to melodic soundscapes performed by Artis and her array of instruments. Some reflections will take place through art and journaling, followed by an invitation for deep rest and yoga nidra. Artis, a reiki master, alongside Nicole Teal, wellness navigator, will offer hands on connection through gentle bodywork. Light refreshments will be served.
