Need Someone To Put Up a Flag Pole

I need someone to put up, install, a 15-foot-tall flagpole A hole needs to be dug about 18 inches square and 18 inches deep. A PVC sleeve will be in the middle, this is what the flagpole goes into. Pipe will have to be level of course. The hole will have to be filled with concrete, will take 3 to 4 bags. I have the concrete. Flagpole is long and so has to be a big enough and deep enough hole or the wind will bend it out. I have a conversion kit for the flagpole, it will add lanyard and a pully. Will take only a few minutes. I'm retired military, have disability and need assistance
