We are a growing yacht management group in the Santa Barbara harbor seeking a maintenance/labor professional.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Self-motivated
- Keen eye for detail
- Hardworking
- Takes pride in their work
- General boat knowledge
- Follow directions well
- Common sense
This role starts as part time (as we head into the down season) but may quickly become full time for the right person. This job is primarily cleaning and labor, but if you bring other skill-sets (diving experience, fishing knowledge, etc) to the table, we can provide some great learning experiences.
