2yo Female Mix looking for forever home

Located in Sedalia, MO - But we can travel if she finds her forever home. Im looking for someone that can take in a 2 year old mixed breed female dog. We took the dog in to foster and try to find her a home. She has some anxiety issues (not separation anxiety), she’s people fearful until she warms up, and she is skittish around some new dogs if they are pushy, but has NEVER acted aggressively towards them. She also can’t be walked on a leash, she will scream and flail and try to run off. She is kennel trained and house broken. She’s never been around kids and needs someone willing to work with her. It’s been hard trying to find a home to meet the requirements that she needs. So if she sounds like a dog you’re willing to work with, please let me know! She needs a forever home! She’s fairly small and short. Pretty muscly and fit because she’s active.
