Description
My old neighbour in my apartment building found a female (?), very friendly, clearly cared for cat (allegedly its nails are even trimmed) which may be indoor/outdoor - or sadly, could have been dumped? Several neighbours have recently seen it scrounging around our dumpster and going after chipmunks. It seems like it does not belong outside and has a healthy coat.
My neighbour just told me that she has decided she won't take it to a vet for a microchip scan unless she decides to keep it! Other neighbours aware of this said they would check the lost & found and put up their own post to help this elderly lady, even took a picture "to post" - I have found nothing of the sort. I am a cat lover and rather disgusted and upset over this situation so I hope this ad magically reaches the owner(s).
If this sounds like your cat please send a picture if you can, I would prefer to not knock on her door unless I have to. The white spot on this gray cat's tummy is near its bum. Sounds like it is missing its fur-parent(s) per its cries and should probably not stay where it is being held now.
Please share this with any friends of yours in this area, I want this cat to find its home - and I know I'm sticking my neck out here due to the lovely toxic social environment in this part of the building so PLEASE HELP THIS KITTY GET HOME.
