Construction crews

Jobs

Ponce De Leon, Atlanta GA

Description

Please read entire post. If you feel we may be a match, send me a message. I am looking to network with peoplee who have their own construction crews or are thinking of starting one. About me - I have a network of property owners, motel and apartments owners, etc- who are often looking for crews. I have a reputation for being able to find workers- and often get asked to refer someone. I am looking to refer for motivated crews who- *Have a crew- 3 plus people. Tools. Vehicle(s). At least 1 person with ID /social/tax ID to cash checks. WC and GL not required. *Are professional (in communication, work, and appearance) *Honest- do what you say you will. Communicate issues. Don't say you can do something then try to wing it. *Respectful- no cussing, no cigarettes on the ground. *Dependable- show up on time for bids and jobs.No BS excuses all the time. *VERIFIABLE experience- pics, jobsites/companies I can Google. *Investor tier pricing and quality- Not looking for GC /company pricing. If yoi can get that- more power to you. But- a motel owner is not going to pay anywhere near the same amount per unit as a homeowner. Think of a brand new Motel 6. Not a mansion- but has straight paint lines, no gaps in flooring, etc. (I am big on "win -win" and know a contract has to work for you AND the client. ) Clients typically supply all materials. No out of pocket expense. Clients do not pay deposit but may pay mobilization fee/housing if out of town. Weekly pay- based on percent completed. For example- if it is half done- you get 50%. Clients usually hold back 10% until completion. How does this work for you? I go with you to look at a property. You make a bid. Needs to be the same day. Say you bid $1k. I tack on 15%> You pay me - after you are paid. It is in my best interest for you to succeed. Lots of work-for the right people. Please message me info on you, your crews, tools, experience, and a rough idea of what you are wanting to make per day/week/year. Happy to meet at a jobsite. Thanks Anthony
