Found lab mix needs a home

This guy was found and needs a home. I agreed to foster him until that happens. He appears to be about 1 year +. Has very white teeth and is still a little awkward puppy when he plays. He's very calm and quiet which is why I've been calling him Dude. He communicates by looking at you and wagging his tail and has only barked twice. Both times when I didn't realize he needed to go outside. He is afraid of anything new so I've not taken him to many places. This is why I think he'd be great for someone who has a steady routine versus someone who wants a companion on the go all the time. I can picture him being dressed up for tea by a little girl. He loves other dogs, has only seen a stray cat outside and appears to like kids. He's already learned to sit and almost has down so smart and alert. For not planning on taking in a dog he's very easy. I just have commitments that keep me gone for long periods of time. I've taken him to the vet and no identification was found. I got him on heart guard and flee meds and dewormed him. Rabies shot and puppy shots done The vet was unsure if he'd been neutered. I don't think so. A rehoming fee applies
