Our company works in the construction industry on Luxury Real Estate properties. We are looking to add a Project Assistant to the team. There are many aspects of this position that include: -Have transportation to the Jobsite -Ability to load and unload heavy materials such as bricks, stone & bags of concrete -Ability to communicate with everybody on the jobsite (Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred) -Early Shift hours (typically start at 6A.M. and work to 3A.M. with variable hours and flexibility preferred) -Start Part-Time for $20/hour & 24+ hours per week with flexibility (Ex: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday for starts) This an intro level Construction job which includes labor and learning how to best help on the project. As one learns the jobsite, a more advanced role can be achieved. This job is open to anyone, yet we will select the person who best fits the preferences listed.
