This is a unique opportunity to use a residential apartment in an elevator building in Ditmas Park / Flatbush area. We are looking for non-toxic, low-impact artists and creatives to create a welcoming creative space. Looking for people who will be respectful and mindful of the space and properly dispose of pigment and paint, NOT down the drain. NO TOXIC CHEMICALS AND NO LOUD TOOLS. We are two female artists, painters, who use oil paint with prudence about fumes and disposal. FLEXIBLE CONFIGURATION. 24/7 ACCESS. LOBBY FOR RECEIVING PACKAGES. If 4 people, share would be $408/each; + Utilities split. If 3 people rent, one person could take a full room for $816; + Utilities split. Kitchen could be a separate studio space.
