Anyone know anything about leopard geckos???

Hi. I feel dumb reaching out here but I’m at a loss. We have five leopard geckos and I’m worried. The three adults are losing weight. They won’t eat. They are lethargic. Not acting themselves at all. I’ve read all the possibilities of what it might be. The problem is we don’t have the money to take them to a vet. Would anyone have any advice or ideas of what we can do? I’d appreciate any and all! Thank you in advance!!
