A local, well established property management firm is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for three small communities in the Portland area. Duties and Requirements: *Strong experience in apartment turnover *Painting *Basic electrical experience *Basic plumbing experience 1-3 years of previous experience Skills: *Excellent customer service *Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy *Must be able to live on-site (Included in compensation) Additional Notes: We are looking for someone that is energetic, reliable, self motivated and detail oriented.
