I am seeking a detail oriented person for paint prep and painting of my one level ranch house. I need to clean the exterior cedar siding and sand down the fascia boards where the gutters are mounted. Then to prime and paint the fascia boards, caulk around windows and fixtures where needed and then paint the exterior. Best if you live in the North or NE area of Portland, have a vehicle and a cell phone.
