Barn Kittens need foster or rehome

Hi, I’m caretaking a cat colony at my farm and there are about 5-6 kittens (2-4 months old) that are in need of a foster or a loving permanent home. There are two large dogs that have recently been showing up and attacking the cats. The older cats know to run or climb but the younger ones sit still and have unfortunately been hurt. Some are partially socialized but need someone patient to socialize them. Hoping someone could take in even 1 or 2 to save them. I will bring them from my farm to my house in South Sacramento for pick up.
