Looking for an extra set of hands for a Private gig this weekend Fri 9/30, Sat 10/1, and Sun 10/2. Pay is $175 per day, hours are 10am-6pm. Event is upscale buffet style, venue has 2 kitchens, sous will operate out of prep kitchen. Event is 75 people for Lunch and Dinner Sat, and Sunday Brunch. Must have own Transportation, and be comfortable with basic cooking tasks ie: knife skills, ability to scale out recipes using digital scale, maintaining a clean and organized work space with a calm sense of urgency. Previous private chef experience not necessary, this is a great way to break into this sector of the industry, as it could lead to more jobs in the future. Please call or text number listed.
