We are looking for someone who can work as a field estimator for home additions, home remodeling, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, deck and porch installation, and flooring. We are looking for an experienced Field Estimator to bid our our potential contracts with homeowners. Responsibilities Preparing budgets, estimates and pre-bid packages for home remodeling projects Develops full-scope estimates using our templates Provides detailed quantity take off of specific trades when required Skills Proven experience as a home remodeling estimator Basic understanding of accounting and project management concepts Great attention to detail Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Well-organized 5+ years’ experience in home remodeling/estimating Able to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates Must have good business written and oral communication skills and effective listening skills Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines Feel free to contact us at 703-980-3266 We are located in Alexandria, Arlington, and Washington DC.
