Clean Team Crew Member - Janitotial Crew Member - Route Cleaner MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE COMPANY ISSUED VAN Compensation: Hourly salary Employment type: Full-time and Part-time positions available Location: West Babylon, NY A full-service commercial and residential cleaning and maintenance company seeking professional cleaning staff who are organized and detailed oriented to represent our company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of homes and business of different sizes, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms and offices • Carpet cleaning and hard floor maintenance • Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors • Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures • Washing of windows • Emptying trash • Monitoring supplies and making sure more are ordered when needed • Identifying and reporting when cleaning equipment needs to be repaired or replaced Requirements: • MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE COMPANY ISSUED VAN • Residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred but we will train the right candidates! • Must pay attention to details and clean thoroughly in both a team environment and independently • Positive attitude and be able to proactively communicate with the Crew Team Leader • Must be authorized to work in the US and have a NYS Drivers License A full-time position requires 40 hours per week, days/nights and/or weekends - must be flexible.
