The Cambridge Youth Steel Pan Orchestra is accepting new students! The cost is sliding scale down to zero. We practice Sundays from 1pm-3pm and Wednesday from 5pm-7pm at the Cambridge Multi-Cultural Arts Center at 41Second St. Our class focuses on learning and performing songs on steel pan, but we also cover the history of the pan, leadership development, community building, and cultural immersion. Our mission is to provide a youth-led and parent involved-leadership program that uses steel pan playing and music as a means of development in youth leadership and performing arts.
