With our patient ID solutions and disposable tourniquets, we strive every day to enhance communication and improve the safety of healthcare employees and patients.  Pulls and packs products based on daily orders. Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner. Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation. Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues. Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. Pallet Wrapper, Forklift, and Electrical Pallet Jacks). Reports any mechanical problems. Utilizes a continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes. Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices. Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications / Skills: Utilizing barcode scanners Picking, packing, and loading boxes onto pallets Stocking and stacking Complete documentation and manage inventory levels by utilizing ERP systems. Schedule and print out BOL's and pallet shipping labels. Communicate with UPS/ FedEx/ staff via phone and email as necessary. Used barcode scanners for various stock movements such as receiving, putting away stock, and BIN moves. Deliver all packages from morning deliveries from UPS/FedEx. Pick orders from a computer using barcode scanners to record inventory change. Arrange freight pickups by Emailing 3rd party logistics when requested by the customer as noted on the packing slip.. Create all necessary paperwork for customs clearance and to ensure compliance with transportation regulations. Operate shipping system efficiently and accurately.
