We are a well-established (38 years), licensed, bonded and insured local, family-owned company, looking for an experienced journeyman roofer to fill the position of Repair Technician. Job requires a strong and honest work ethic and self-motivation. Extensive experience in residential & light commercial roofing - flat roof, pvc, tpo, pitched roofing, asphalt shingles, presidential shingles, shakes, wood shingles, metal, etc. Strong skills in locating leaks, assessing labor and material needs, repairing, and communicating findings to customers and office for billing. Amplia experiencia en techos residenciales y comerciales ligeros - techo plano, pvc, tpo, techos inclinados, tejas asfálticas, tejas presidenciales, batidos, tejas de madera, metal, etc. Habilidades sólidas en la localización de fugas, evaluación de las necesidades de mano de obra y materiales, reparación y comunicación de hallazgos a los clientes y la oficina para la facturación. Requirements: A professional, hard worker Extensive roofing experience Attention to detail Honest Must have a current WA state driver’s license and a good driving record. The ability to communicate and follow directions Must be able to supply references Job Duties: Make repairs to roofs as outlined on job orders.
