This is an opportunity to work independently for a fast-growing, local company based in Everett. We are seeking a well-rounded, self-starter who has enough mechanical experience to repair/ maintain water machines. Servicing of a water machine includes but is not limited to cleaning, merchandising, collecting money, and minor mechanical repairs. Servicing is completed in a standard company-owned box truck and training is provided. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-3pm RESPONSIBILITIES: •Install, service, adjust, and repair water machines. •Collects funds from machines according to company policy. •Cleans the interior and exterior of the machine. •Performs minor repairs or adjustments on machines to correct jams or similar malfunctions using hand tools. •Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. •Document processes in a timely manner. •Produce timely and detailed service reports. •Operate vehicles in a safe manner and use field automation systems. •Maintain positive customer experience to resolve, follow up, and follow through on all open support calls. REQUIREMENTS: •Proven Field Service experience preferably in Vending/Service Fields. •Must have a valid Driver’s License (No CDL required). •Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment. •Familiarity with mobile tools and applications. •Must be willing to consent to a background check.
