It is with a heavy heart I am considering rehoming our two year old Green Cheek Conure. “She” (not gender tested) is approximately two years old. I’ve had her since she was a baby. She enjoys fresh chopped fruits and vegetables, bird seed, and millet on the regular. “She” enjoys the company of adults, both my husband and I. She does take some time to warm up, but has a very sweet personality when she’s comfortable. The reason we are considering rehoming is her fear of my four year old. They used to be great friends, but in the last several months, has shown a fear of my daughter with no known reason. We have attempted to remedy the problem, but with the addition of a newborn, we fear that the problem will increase, and we don’t want her to not have time outside of her large cage. She can come with (for an additional minimal fee compared to the price of her cage) or without her cage. She would include all toys, perches, food, bowls, and her birdy backpack. Please be aware of how much these birds, cages and items cost prior to inquiry. She isn’t free. A rehoming fee applies.
