Placement Day is our group evaluation for all 7th/8th grade boys interested in our Spring Academy Training Program (S.A.T.P). Placement Day is our group evaluation for all 7th-8th grade boys interested in our Spring Academy. At Placement Day, players will undergo an intense workout and will be evaluated on their footwork, ball handling, shooting, listening skills and body language. This is our way to ensure all players are placed in the correct Academy class so they are getting taught exactly what they need to help advance their development. This is open to all players! ***All players need to bring their own ball***  Date: Friday, February 5th Time: 7:30-9p  Location: Finch Creek Fieldhouse 16289 Boden Rd, Noblesville, IN 46060 The Spring Academy will start the second week of March and run through the end of May. All classes are held at the Finch Creek Fieldhouse. PLAYERS MUST SIGN UP FOR THEIR CURRENT GRADE LEVEL!!! Spring Academy Structure: Our Spring Academy is a 3-month commitment starting the second week of March to the last week in May. In each month players will train 2 times per week for a total of 8 sessions plus a weekly makeup session on Fridays. Training sessions are 90 minutes in length. What skills will be covered? March (Ball Handling): We will cover attack moves, footwork, and handling pressure upon many other things to help your player become more confident handling the ball.  April (Shooting): We will cover using the form, technique, and mechanics when shooting the ball. We will also focus on jab steps and creating space, using screens, and shooting under pressure. May (Translation): This month will be dedicated to showing your player how to TRANSLATE the skills they have learned in game situations. This will be done by playing 1 on 1, 3 on 3  and 5 on 5 which means we will address DEFENSE as well!
