EcoShield, a Shield Co. Management affiliate, is currently hiring for Pest Control Service Technicians in your area! We are a growing company who proudly provides our customers with comprehensive solutions for pest-free living. We have technician positions available for those who are seasoned in the pest control industry or those who may be just starting out. Perform indoor and outdoor pest applications for our customers Interact with customers and explain service features and benefits; answer any questions or concerns they may have Follow scheduled routes, communicate with office staff and management and maintain accurate and organized records Deliver excellent customer service every time Maintain service equipment, Company vehicle and personal safety equipment; must be in clean/working condition with any issues brought to management's prompt attention Utilize technology to manage appointments and maintain customer records Participate in local and Company-wide meetings and trainings Physical Demands and Working Conditions The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. You are if you have the following: Hold an active Driver's license with a clean driving record (must pass a motor vehicle record check and be 21 years of age to drive a Company vehicle and qualify for our vehicle insurance) Complete a background check and drug screen that produce acceptable results Have a commitment to safety in all job areas: driving, service, and training Have a commitment to honest and exceptional customer service Are willing to work Monday - Saturday and some holidays Earn and maintain the state required training and licensing (training will be provided)
