Job description To be considered you must have Commercial Paint/Drywall Industry Experience and live within the region (Colorado or an immediate surrounding state) with the ability to relocate to the Denver metro. BCC Painting, Inc. is a progressive and quality oriented business seeking a Commercial Job Site Superintendent who is of the same caliber and seeking a career role that includes company truck, laptop, and phone once training is successfully completed and you are ready to take over a job site. Experience in Painting and Drywall is crucial. This position will be as an assistant while you complete our training program performing various onsite tasks with the direction of our seasoned superintendents. Responsibilities include: · Maintain workflow to meet deadlines. · Network, develop and maintain relationships with existing and new contractors, sub-contractors and general contractors. · Working with Internal Project Team on management of field employees, scheduling, procuring products and equipment, safety planning, timeline management, job cost tracking and management to create successful outcomes on all projects. · Management of multiple sub-crews and upwards of 20 direct employees on a commercial project. Requirements: · 10 years- In the painting industry. · 5 years- Construction business with knowledge of multi-family projects · 5 year- Serving in a leadership role with people and time management · 7 years- Clean driving record · Able to read construction blueprints · Inventory management · Project scheduling · Computer Skills- Microsoft office, calendars, time-keeping software, construction management programs i.e. Procore · Knowledge of industry coating standards for painting and drywall · OSHA compliance knowledge · Understanding of equipment including proper sprayer/tip knowledge · Must be able to pass a spray fit test · Must be extremely reliable and able to work independently · Must be timely, organized, detail oriented and meet/beat deadlines. · Looking for someone who is assertive, self-managing, goal oriented and a critical thinker. *Bi-Lingual a plus.
