Arrived, a vacation rental management company, is seeking an Admin/Accounting Assistant to join our team.
Skills/Requirements:
• Experience in an accounting related field preferred
• Acute attention to detail
• Ability to initiate and maintain clear communication regarding tasks and deadlines
• Willingness to adapt to a fast paced, fluid environment
• Ability to multitask, be self-reliant and work efficiently
• Technology proficiency
Primary Responsibilities:
• Applying and posting daily deposits from multiple sources
• Posting vendor invoices as they are received
• Processing incoming emails and replying to vendors as needed
• Monitoring, requesting and processing receipts for company credit card transactions
• Maintaining digital filing system
• Processing STR license renewals as needed
• Monitoring and providing updates on night/reservation counts for locations with restrictions
• Preparing and posting weekly schedule
• Additional admin/accounting tasks and projects as assigned
Schedule/Pay:
• Part or Full Time
• $18 - $22 / hour (DOE)
