Description

Full-service family-owned print shop seeking motivated individual for production position. The successful candidate will be well organized and able to manage multiple jobs to meet production turnaround and quality standards. Day to day responsibilities vary dependent on jobs on hand and you must be comfortable working in different positions as work levels dictate. Qualifications Include: -Motivated, Self-Starting, Team Player -Sense of urgency and eye for quality and attention to detail -Comfortable in fast paced environment -Must be able to lift up to 80lbs -Ability to work with numbers, fractions and decimals -Ability to follow work order instructions -Handle and manipulate large, heavy stacks of paper and vinyl rolls -Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with equipment and making adjustments as needed -Computer skills for setting up files for production -Standing for majority of shift -Read, write and speak English -Reliable transportation and means of contact -Must be able to pass pre-employment background check & drug and alcohol screen Job Duties include but not limited to. -Operating shop equipment to include digital press, wide format printer, paper cutting machine, shrink wrap, creaser, numbering, perforating, padding and book wrapping -Assisting with apparel and vinyl production as needed -Vinyl printing, weeding and application -Boxing material for shipment -Moving product around shop and warehouse using a pallet jack, hand truck and/or lifting -Cleaning up around shop as needed -Other various duties as assigned This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the operation of industrial equipment.
