Looking for a construction cleaning crew for new home builds. Job requirements are completing 3-5 cleans per home throughout construction completion. Must have 2-3 people at minimum. Must have own cleaning equipment, supplies, sander/scrubber for concrete, ladders, extension ladders, generator, and transportation. Must be comfortable working on a extension ladder and have experience rough cleaning windows and power scrubbing/sanding concrete. Need to be detail oriented for completed home detail cleans. Looking for a crew that can mainly work in the Maricopa, Casa Grande, and Florence area with occasional work in the more central East/West Valley when needed. MUST CARRY GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE.
